Pain center coming to LRH
Pain management center to arrive in June of this year.
Littleton Regional Healthcare is pleased to announce the opening of the North Country Comprehensive Pain Center in June 2018. The new service will provide patients with comprehensive, compassionate and accessible pain management care – using tools and information they need to manage their pain and return to their active lifestyle.
More than 100 million Americans suffer from chronic pain at a cost of around $600 billion a year in medical treatments and lost productivity, according to a 2011 report from the Institute of Medicine (IOM). Pain takes a toll in many ways, interfering with multiple aspects of a person’s life. The goal of The North Country Comprehensive Pain Center is to work collaboratively with other medical specialist to find out what is causing the pain, and then put a plan in place to best address and manage it
Littleton Location
The new pain center at LRH will be located in the LRH Medical Office Building at 580 St. Johnsbury Road in Littleton, New Hampshire. Greg Aprilliano, CRNA and Frank Valenti, CRNA will provide extensive services to patients using various treatment plans. Health care providers in the area will be able to refer patients with acute, sub-acute and chronic pain issues. Different modalities will be offered to create a comprehensive plan of care to address each person individually. Both are committed to creating individual treatment plans for patients that will allow them to manage their pain more effectively and with less of an impact on their daily lives.
