Duffy, MD, MBA, FACEP, senior vice president of medical affairs at Littleton Regional Healthcare and a trustee of North Country Healthcare, will serve as interim CEO as the leadership transition begins. Dr. Duffy brings over 25 years of clinical and healthcare management experience as well as experience in healthcare governance as a former Littleton Regional Healthcare board chair.

Warren West, MBA, FACHE, held the position since the five-partner health system was formed in 2015. “Warren was a key figure in the formation and early years of North Country Healthcare and we are grateful for his years of service,” said Mark Kelley, NCH Board chair. “We also appreciate Dr. Duffy’s willingness to step in at this critical juncture to help lead the organization during the leadership transition.”

System change for NCH

The system leadership change at North Country has no impact on the operations of its affiliated organizations: Androscoggin Valley Hospital, Littleton Regional Healthcare, Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital, Weeks Medical Center and North Country Home Health and Hospice.

North Country Healthcare was formed to allow independently operated and self-governed health care providers in the North Country the opportunity to work together to improve quality, increase efficiencies and lower the cost of health care delivery in the region.
