Town hearing on questioned $1.00 land sale to LIDC

A lengthy Littleton public hearing held in regards to the sale of tax map 99, lot 46 to LIDC for the sum of $1.00 was held on November 14th, 2017 at the Littleton Community Center’s Heald room.

Both sides of the disputed sale came to the session with a variety of issues, both for, and against, the sale. The hearing lasted well over 90 minutes and delayed a second hearing being held to discuss a change in easements with LIDC as they pertain to a right of way on tax map 99, lot 17.
