Rink open for 2017-2018 season.

For our first spotlight video of the new year, we are embracing the chill that has landed on us these past weeks. With temperatures well below zero for much of the holiday break, a “heat wave” has allowed us the opportunity to go outside and play. According to the Littleton Parks and Rec web site, as of December 27, 2017 the skating rink is now open for the season. Head down to Remich Park and enjoy the ice. Please dress appropriately though, and share in the fun with the community safely.

Veteran’s Day Ceremony, 2010.

PFC Yvon “Peanut” Girouard grew up in Littleton and served our country during the Vietnam War. He was killed in action in May of 1969. Ice Hockey was a sport that he played with his family, friends and neighbors as they enjoyed the winter months in Remich Park. The 2010 Veteran’s Day ceremony honored him by dedicating the Ice Rink to his memory.
