Littleton Regional Healthcare Receives 2018 Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award®

The commitment to outstanding customer service is what makes Littleton Regional Healthcare unique. In fact, LRH was recently awarded the prestigious Guardian of Excellence Award® by Press Ganey.

The Guardian of Excellence Award recognizes top-performing health care organizations that have achieved the 95th percentile or above of performance in Patient Experience, Employee Engagement, Physician Engagement or Clinical Quality.

LRH has maintained 95% percentile in Patient Experience for four consecutive quarters. LRH is also the only hospital in New Hampshire recognized for this prestigious award.

About the Award

The Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award is a nationally-recognized symbol of achievement in healthcare. Presented annually, the award honors hospitals who consistently sustained performance in the top 5% of all Press Ganey clients for all four reporting periods during the course of one year.
